Abu Garcia strives to provide accurate product details— including pricing, availability, and descriptions—for items such as headwear, shirts, reels, and rods. However, errors may occur. Order acceptance depends on confirming stock availability and price verification.

Order Process

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase subject to Abu Garcia’s acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, payment problems, or fraud prevention measures.

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery spans 7-12 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request returns within 14 calendar days following delivery under the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Upon receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, reimbursements will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this 24-hour window, cancellation may not be possible as order processing could be underway.
